GroomQuest has organically grown since 2010 and is now into it’s 5th year

groomQuest is a 5 day grooming festival and is the largest single grooming contest held in Australia.

Due to the expansion of groomQuest we are now extremely excited to be holding groomQuest’s sister contest “ groomFest “ in Melbourne on the 8 – 10 th August 2014

This new contest has eventuated from an incredible interest in groomQuest Australiawide and then Melbourne groomers asking us “ when are you going to hold one down here “

We are now excited to say  “ here it is “ and we look forward to meeting all the Melbourne groomers and having a fun and rewarding time with all involved in the contest

groomFest and groomQuest start with a Welcome Dinner on the Wednesday night followed by Workshops & Seminars on Thursday & Friday with fierce grooming competition on the Saturday & Sunday.

Some facts on groomQuest are below and groomFest 2014 will feature most of the below ;

• groomQuest is Australia’s only International grooming competition and holds exclusitivity to host the ;
• Groomers Shootout : ( a modified, FUN contest for public, pet owners & groomers to find homes for abandoned dogs  currently held in animal rescue shelters )
•  Australian Championships: Level 1 ,2 & 3 groomers vie to be the Australian Champion in their level of competency 1. Novice 2. Intermediate 3. Professional
•  Groom Team AustraliaTM qualifications : Your top level groomers go head to head to win one of 5 spots on the exclusive Australian Groom Team  to compete at the World Titles in Europe in 2015
• Independent Salon  or Commercial Salon. Lots of fun and emotion here
• The Trans Tasman Cup: ( Aust V NZ Groom Teams ) – The Bledisloe Cup of Grooming. Pride is on the line as the Aussies take on the Kiwi’s in the grooming ring. There can be only one winner and country bragging rights is at stake. GREAT FUN
